Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay Hotel

The restaurant was very convenient which was also very good with an excellent breakfast buffet, I tried appetising dishes.

Great overall experience. Fairly clean hotel in an ideal location with great views of the bay. Easy to reach from Miami International airport, 15 minutes drive. Delicious breakfast selection, helpful staff. Good service, parking onsite.

I have to say the front desk staff was especially nice. I had trouble because when I got there they said I never made a reservation and I said yes through Booked.net and they said they didnt have it. I waited at the front desk for an hour while gina help me out dealing with the staff of Booked.net. She not once asked me to deal with them and she apologized to me on their behalf numerous times. Also very polite and helpful people at the front of the hotel helping us with bags and any information we needed with the area.

Room was neat, gym was fine.

Paying for wifi in a hotel really shoudn't exist anymore. (One time) breakfast was far too expensive, was not of exceptional quality.

The views from our high floor room were fine! The bed was comfortable, and we loved the spacious layout of the room. The staff were super friendly and provided great service, especially during breakfast at the hotel restaurant with a tasty breakfast buffet.

The soundproofing could be improved.

The view from the room was beautiful (overlooking the bay and cruise port), the room was really nice, all the amenities you would expect, and the hotel in general had a very cosmoplolitan feel and look. I thought it was a bit overpriced because I only wanted an overnight stay to be ready tfor a cruise tthe next day but was with someone special so wanted it to be nice. We were not dissapointed though...best part was Matt, the manager who greeted us at the front desk, gave us some advice on what was close by and remembered us when we came back for the night...excellent.

I think it should be priced a bit lower. Sorry to say that even though we loved the hotel, when we go back to Miami or take another cruise, I would most likely scope out another hotel close by near or the bay.

The price for what you get is fine!

Hygiene was less of the rooms, breakfast is very scarce for what you paid for, not many options.

My stay was great! The pool bar was fantastic for unwinding. The restaurant’s dinner was delicious. The views from my room were simply amazing! I'd definitely come back.

My room was reasonably spacious with tea/coffee making equipment and a fridge.

The view from our double room with two double beds on the high floor was fine, and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast at catch 21 was tasty, and we loved the hotel bar. We also appreciated the staff's quick help when i left something behind!

Hotel located in the middle of nowhere. I booked a room with a bay view but finally I had no bay view. Hotel quiet noisy because of the planes.

Overall, it's perfect base for exploring Miami attractions. The breakfast choices are full size with a view of the bay. The location is absolutely perfect and fantastic, as the hotel is based to spending time on the notorious South beach. Must say thanks, would stay here again.

The views from my marina view room were magnificent! I also loved the gym amenities that offered ear buds and fresh bananas.
